the program structure and design

Courage to Teach is a 14-day learning program where teachers will go through integrated real-life experiences and in the process develop the required understanding and skills. The teachers will experience the power of paradigms, structures and practices that we would like them to re-think and re-invent in schools. It is a fully residential program comprising of three modules spread over six months. First module is an outbound module for four days and the second and third module are for five days each. The workshop modules will be supplemented by project work and one-on-one coaching.

action research projects

Teachers will be required to work on a action research project during the program. The project will be around practices that teachers would like to implement in their classrooms.
